Built in 1948, the Garden imitates the architecture style of American architect Light’s representative building -- Luoshui Manor, combining the western style and Chinese traditional style. Its owner was Yao Youzhi, former president of China Cement Plant, one of the largest and earliest national industrial enterprises.

It is located at Building 4 or Zi Zhu building, Xijiao Hotel, 200 former Huaiyin Road, Changning District.
