3-9      cntv

Shanghai Changning Sub-branch, the fourth sub-branch under the jurisdiction of Zheshang Bank Shanghai Branch, was officially opened on Gubei Road. Li Yaoxin, Mayor of Changning District, and Luo Hanglu, President of China Zheshang Bank Shanghai Branch, inaugurated the opening of China Zheshang Bank Changning Sub-branch. Li Yaoxin, Mayor of Changning District, addressed the inauguration in the hope that after settling in Changning, China Zheshang Bank could actively help the development of SMEs, create a win-win-win situation for governments, banks, and enterprises, and ultimately benefit the people. Luo Hanglu, President of China Zheshang Bank Shanghai Branch, said that East Hongqiao's positioning and prospects for development also resulted in a financial cluster effect for Changning, and that China Zheshang Bank Changning, Shanghai Sub-branch made a good start in business with the total deposit balance reaching 1.456 billion yuan and the total loan balance reaching 217 million yuan on the opening day. It is reported that the establishment of Changning Sub-branch by this Bank was due mainly to the sound economic and financial environment and development prospects of the region. Changning District, the west gate of Shanghai, is an important window for Shanghai's opening to the outside world as well as one of the districts with the best traffic, ecology, and living and cultural environment in downtown Shanghai, and has increasingly become an important place for the gathering of stream of people, logistics, and information and capital flows. After the completion of the Hongqiao transport hub, the support lent by great Hongqiao to the urban high-end CBDs and other CBDs throughout the entire Yangtze River Delta, coupled with enormous development opportunities brought about by the partial settlement of International Trade Center in Changning, one of the "four centers" to be built in Shanghai,  facilitates Changning to play an indisputably important role in the city's economic development. While focusing on its own corporate business, the newly established China Zheshang Bank Shanghai Branch Changning Sub-branch will take advantage of the opportunity for building Shanghai International Trade Center to actively carry out trade financing business, and to make some attempts at small business operations with a full manifestation of China Zheshang Bank’s brands and features.
